Rajesh Ramachandran, Department of Social Work, NIEPMD, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

The author works as a Rehabilitation Officer (Services & Programmes) with NIEPMD. He has been working in the field of Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities for the last  11 years. He is a recipient of M.P. Young Scientist Award for the year 2007.

A Amarnath, NIEPMD

The author has around 12 years experience in the field of rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. Currently, he works as a Lecturer in Community Resource & Project Management at NIEPMD.

Neeradha Chandramohan, NIEPMD

Dr. Neeradha has more than 25 years of experience in the field of disabilities and has received the Stree Saman Award. Currently, he is associated with NIEPMD as a Director.
